2. Who can place an order on Wholesaledock?
Our platform is designed for retailers, resellers, dropshippers, and other business buyers. Individual customers are welcome to browse, but bulk orders are our specialty.

3. How do I place a bulk order?
Simply browse our online catalog, add products to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You can select your preferred delivery or pickup option during the process.

4. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major payment methods including credit/debit cards, net banking, UPI, and select wallet payments. For large orders, we also offer flexible payment terms—contact our team for details.

5. How are shipping charges calculated?
Shipping charges are based on the weight of your order and the delivery location. Standard rates apply for orders up to 20 Kgs, and for larger orders, we offer transport via your preferred service on a To Pay basis.
