At Wholesaledock, we offer various shipping methods to meet your needs. Whether you prefer economical shipping through standard parcel services or faster options via express couriers, we have you covered. You can also choose to pick up your order directly from our location if that’s more convenient for you. Below is an overview of the available shipping methods:

Our Shipping Charges - Upto 20 Kgs
Standard Shipping Charges: Rs. 50/Kg for orders upto 20 Kgs
Standard Shipping Charges - Above 20 Kgs
For orders above 20 Kgs we can ship your order by your desired transport service on To Pay basis.
Exchange or Return of Goods
At Wholesaledock, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a product of good quality and wish to return it, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt.
To qualify for a return, the product must remain in its original state. If the product is damaged through no fault of your own, you still have the right to request a return. However, if the value of the product has decreased due to unpacking or testing, you may still request a refund.
Please Note: Returns will not be accepted if any components are missing, including:
- Original packaging
- Receipt from the Bulkykart online store
- Warranty card
- Documentation of any defects prepared by the service department
